Capacity Exchange Enhancements for CIFP

This training is focused on recent capacity market rules changes and the enhancement to Capacity Exchange to implement. These changes include: ICAP to UCAP conversion with new ELCC factors, Offer screen modifications for the 25/26 BRA, modelling of Winter CIRs as a new resource and implementation of the new Planned Generator offer notification (“NOI”) requirements. This will also include a reminder that DOM zone will be modelled as a separate LDA in the 25/26 BRA.
