PJM currently performs a single settlement on a two-month lag for load reconciliations between EDCs and their zonal LSEs. An EDC proposal was developed via the MSWG in which a second load reconciliation settlement for a given quarter would be performed by PJM on a 7-month lag for those EDCs that were interested in utilizing the service.
