Expedited Process / TC1 Classification

Per PJM Tariff Part VII, Subpart B, section 303, projects in the AE1 through AG1 queues that have not yet received an Interconnection Service Agreement or Wholesale Market Participation Agreement as of the Transition Start Date of July 10, 2023, must post readiness requirements within 60 days of the Transition Start Date to be considered eligible for transitioning to the Reformed Interconnection Process. Friday, Sept. 8, 2023, was the last day for 734 New Service Request projects to submit their readiness requirements.

The list below identifies the projects that were eligible for the Transition to the Process Reform but did NOT post their readiness requirements by the due date and, as a result, have been withdrawn. The list also includes the eligible projects that have withdrawn on their own accord. Projects that have submitted readiness requirements are currently under review. In accordance with PJM Tariff Part VII, Subpart B, section 304, all projects that successfully meet their readiness requirements will be studied in PJM’s Transition Sort Retool analysis for determination of whether they will qualify for the “Expedited Process” or be reprioritized into “Transition Cycle 1” (TC1). PJM will communicate the disposition of all projects on this webpage after the Transition Sort Retool analysis is completed.
